Softwash

Service Description

Softwashing is the act of using water at low pressure combined with biodegradable agents to remove mold, mildew, dust, fungus, and/or other bio-organisms from the exterior surfaces on residential and commercial properties. Why Softwash? Think of softwashing as a way of keeping your home's equity up. Overtime, mold, mildew, and other bio-organisms build up on the exterior surface of your home and can break down the outside protective and aestheic surfaces. Softwashing on a regular basis helps extend the life of your exterior surfaces. All softwashing services start at a base price (i.e. $300 for single story and $600 for two-story residential homes) and are adjusted based off of square footage and job size.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule, please contact us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Failure to cancel or re-schedule within 24 hours of your service is subject to a cancellation fee of $300.
